Typical turnaround time
Turnaround depends on the project. Some items can be completed in a few days, while larger or more complex projects may take a few weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline once we review your order.
Design services
Yes — we offer full design services to help bring your ideas to life, whether you’re starting from scratch or refining an existing design.
Accepted file formats
We prefer vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF), but we can work with other file types as needed. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll guide you.
Signs & Printing
Rigid sign materials
We work with ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), corrugated plastic, PVC, and acrylic. Each material has its own benefits, and we’ll help you choose the right one for your project.
Double-sided printing
Yes — we can print double-sided, depending on the material.
Outdoor sign lifespan
It depends on the material:

Banners – best for short-term use (up to 1 year outdoors).

Aluminum arm signs – typically last 7+ years with proper care.

ACM and other rigid signs – often 5–7 years, depending on exposure to weather.
Sign installation services
Yes — we provide professional installation for an additional fee.
Fleet Wraps
Fleet wrap installation time

Full wraps (standard vehicles) – usually within 1 week.

Large food trucks/trailers – may take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.
Fleet wrap lifespan
With proper care, wraps are rated to last 7+ years. Longevity depends on maintenance and exposure to the elements.
Wrapping large vehicles
Yes — we handle wraps for trailers, box trucks, buses, and other large commercial vehicles.
Embroidery
Embroidery minimum order
Our minimum order is 12 pieces per design.
Digitizing logos for embroidery
Yes — we can digitize your logo for embroidery. This is a one-time fee unless you change your design.
Bringing your own apparel
Yes — but please note we are not responsible if something gets damaged during the embroidery process. For full accountability and quality control, we recommend purchasing apparel through us.
Embroidery pricing
We have a general set price per embroidery location. Designs with a high stitch count may be priced differently. Bulk orders receive discounts.
Ordering & Payment
Deposit requirement
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to start your order, with the remaining 50% due at pickup or delivery.
Accepted payment methods
We accept business checks, ACH transfers, debit/credit cards, and Zelle.
Bulk order discounts
Yes — bulk discounts are available for very large orders.
